Pepi is a founding partner of both insurance broker, Lighthouse Insurance Group, Inc. serving Puerto Rico, Latin America and the Caribbean; and Premier Medical Access, LLC, a concierge medical services business. His prior experience includes working with Marsh Inc. and collaborations with Aon Benfield Re, RKH London and Willis Re. Before working in insurance, Pepi started his career as a medical doctor. Pepi received his Pre-medical degree from Universidad Catolica Ponce and his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. Pepi, his wife, Natalia, and one of their two children are experienced kiteboarders.
